Hey, I'm Jot! I'm from Twin City, Ga and as I'm sure you can tell, I'm a Bulldogs fan, but I don't discriminate... I want to help everyone achieve their goals!

Coming from a one red light town, I've always wanted to have bigger impact on this world. I became very obsessed at an early age with learning how to improve myself, and I’ve come a very long way.

Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working as the head coach for multiple 6 and 7 figure social media influencers' coaching programs that charge anywhere from $3k-$5k for just 90 days! This is where I collected and mastered the best coaching strategies in the world.

Now I’ve taken all of that expertise and squeezed it into my own coaching program delivered at a much lower rate, but with an even higher value because it combines the most effective methods from every top tier program I’ve ever been a part of.

My goal is to help as many people as I can because I believe everyone deserves a chance at greatness and to help you unlock not just what your body can achieve, but also the untapped potential of your mind. Together, we’ll push past limits and discover what’s truly possible.
